I Spy Fame
4 yr sorrel gelding, 15.2 hands by FAMOUS CHARMER
Spy is by the 1D stallion, and up and coming sire Famous Charmer, by Dash Ta Fame. This is a promising four year old with a great work ethic. Spy was started at 2 by a working cow horse trainer. He was then turned out to be a horse until he was three. At three, he spent 4 months working on the ranch calving out heifers. He has done a days work and been through rough terrain. His no-nonsense attitude and great work ethic make him a great candidate for a LONG barrel career. He hasn't had any formal barrel training, but the day we took this video, we circled him around a few cans and he showed a ton of natural ability. He took to it quickly. And with his want to please attitude, I think he could still make the 5 yr old futurities next year if someone started soon and put the time into him.
I was very impressed by this colt with just one ride on him and I think he is a great prospect.

Video made after being off for a couple months. He went right to work, no colty issues at all. He is all business and wants to please.
He had no real barrel training before this day, but took to circling them like he was born to do it.
